Your master data (first name, last name, address, telephone, e-mail, date of birth, place of birth, language, etc.)
-
Your data from travel documents and identity documents

Your data relating to payments, debit cards, credit cards and bank cards

The data are stored and processed by us in order to provide our services and, where required and legally prescribed, transmitted to third party recipients (e.g. public authorities, tourism association). Your data will not be transferred to third countries.
If you refuse to provide master data, travel document data and bank data, we are unable to fulfil the contractual obligations. We do not use profiling or automated decision-making.
The legal bases for these data processing operations are:
-
the fulfilment of our pre-contractual and contractual obligations towards you
-
your consent
-
legal, contractual or other legal obligations on our part (e.g. rights and obligations of documentation under accounting, tax and customs law, contracts, reporting, or legal disputes)
-
our legitimate interests (e.g. the improvement of our customer service, also in the field of direct marketing, or the safeguarding of our own legal interests).
The duration of storage depends on the duration of our business relationship, the consents you have given, as well as the applicable statutory retention and legal obligations.
You may at any time, free of charge, request information about your personal data stored by us. As a data subject, you also have the right to withdraw consent, to access, delete, rectify, restrict and transfer your personal data, provided that no statutory retention obligation on our part opposes this. Changes to our privacy policy
We reserve the right to adapt this privacy statement so that it always complies with the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy statement, e.g. when introducing new services. The new privacy statement will then apply to your next visit.

Logfiles
Like most websites, we also automatically collect certain information and store it in log files. This information includes Internet Protocol addresses (IP addresses), browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamps, and clickstream data.
These data, also called logfiles, are stored on the servers of ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich in Germany and are usually deleted after a few days.
SSL encryption
To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption procedures (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.
Contact form
If you contact us by e-mail or via the contact form regarding any kind of questions, you voluntarily grant us your consent for the purpose of contacting you. For this purpose, a valid e-mail address is required. This serves to assign the request and to subsequently answer it. Providing further data is optional. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and for possible follow-up questions. Once your request has been completed, personal data will be automatically deleted.
Use of external services
Use of script libraries – Google Webfonts
In order to display our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Webfonts on this website.
Google Webfonts are transferred into the cache of your browser to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Webfonts or prevents access, contents will be displayed in a standard font.
Calling up script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible – although currently unclear if and for what purposes – that operators of such libraries collect data.
The privacy policy of the library operator Google can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
